Area information

The bay of Alcudia is the longest beach in the Balearic islands yet is 17 kms long. The Aparthotel Viva Mallorca is located at only 450m from the beach of Ca’n Picafort and very close to the shopping centre. HOW TO ARRIVE: From Palma: Take the motorway direction Inca, then continue direction Puerto de Alcudia. Once in Puerto de Alcudia, take the Artá Road until Ca’n Picafort.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
