Hotel Servigroup DiplomaticLocated just 220 metres from Levante beach, Benidorm, the Diplomatic is a large and well-equipped hotel resort, ideal for a fun-filled holiday in the sun with family or friends. It occupies the Iberian Peninsula and is bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the Cantabrian Sea. Relax by lying back in the sun on one of the sun beds surrounding the swimming pools. It also includes the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands in the Atlantic and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla Its total surface area is 504,788 sq kms Spain's powerful world empire of the 16th and 17th centuries ultimately yielded command of the seas to England. You can then take a dip in one of the 4 onsite pools to cool off – 2 of which are for adults, and 2 for children. Subsequent failure to embrace the mercantile and industrial revolutions caused the country to fall behind Britain, France, and Germany in economic and political power. There is also a wellness centre in Diplomatic, where you can enjoy body and beauty treatments, and also the sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath. Spain remained neutral in World Wars I and II, but suffered through a devastating Civil War (1936-39). In the evening, you can make the most of the entertainment programmes – including cabaret and live music. In the second half of the 20th century, it has played a catch-up role in the western international community.

Food & Beverages

The hotel serves buffet-style meals in the onsite restaurant. You can enjoy one of the themed weekly buffets. Opening hours: Breakfast, 08:00-10:00 Lunch, 12:30-15:00 Dinner, 19:00-21:30 (19:30-22:00 in the summer months). Please note that a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on 25 and 31 December are included in all rates for stays over those nights.

Please note that hotel will be closed for refurbishment between the 7 January and the 27 March 2009. Dogs under 5 kg are allowed in this accommodation, subject to special conditions. For further information please contact the hotel directly.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
