It also includes the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands in the Atlantic and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla Its total surface area is 504,788 sq kms Spain's powerful world empire of the 16th and 17th centuries ultimately yielded command of the seas to England. Divided between 2 buildings, the hotel is surrounded by a freshwater swimming pool flanked by sun loungers and a pool bar. Subsequent failure to embrace the mercantile and industrial revolutions caused the country to fall behind Britain, France, and Germany in economic and political power. When not by the pool or on the beach, you can take the short, 200-metre stroll into Alcossebre’s resort centre to see the harbour. Spain remained neutral in World Wars I and II, but suffered through a devastating Civil War (1936-39).

Our indoor restaurant offers a Mediterranean buffet style for all meals as well as show cooking. Also, we have a nice à la carte restaurant with terrace situated in the swimming pool area. For our half and full board services, meals are served in our indoor restaurant. In addition, the half board service can be swapped it for a nice picnic on the beach.

Area information

Alcossebre is a lovely town with three lovely beaches (all blue flag) and lots of quality restaurants that cater for those wanting romance, family or tapas-style food. Peñiscola and Benicassim are about 20 minutes drive away. You can relax, play golf, scuba dive and cycle to your hearts content. Also, Sierra de Irta is situated 3 km away, considered as one of the most fascinating Natural Parks of the peninsula, this unique and natural landscape is the only coastal area that is free of buildings from France to Spain. Or visit Morella, 80 km away, the historical walled area of the town deserves special interest. At the top of the hill, the castle offers outstanding views of the city.
