Nearby, you will find the salt- water lagoons of Alcudia and Pollensa, refuge to many migrating birds, these lagoons are one of the most valued in the south of Europe from a bird-watching point of view; the old Roman city of Pollentia, which still has parts of the metropolis, theatre and ramparts; and the Puerto de Alcudia. Subsequent failure to embrace the mercantile and industrial revolutions caused the country to fall behind Britain, France, and Germany in economic and political power.

Rooms

There are 45 apartments including 12 two-bedroom apartments, 30 one-bedroom apartments and 3 studios. Most of the apartments have views of the sea or the swimming pool. Each apartment has a kitchenette with hobs, kitchenware and a kettle. Toasters, CD players, irons, VCRs, prams, high chairs, microwaves, cool boxes for the beach, and various other optional extras are available on request at an additional cost. Apartments are cleaned and bathroom towels are changed every 2 days. Bed linen is changed twice a week.

Travel information

From the airport, take the motorway towards Palma for about 5.5 kilometres (3.5 miles). Before arriving at the capital, take the Ring Rd Exit 3 towards Andratx, Port d'Alcudia, Via de Cintura. Proceed for 2 kilometres and take Exit 3b towards Inca, Port d'Alcudia, Son Castelló (motorway). Once at Inca, continue on the main road following directions for Puerto de Alcudia. Follow the m-60 all the time with directions to the commercial port. Just before arriving to the port, on the roundabout, take the third exit towards the Camí d'Aucanada. Continue straight ahead following directions for the Golf course, approximately 1.7 km later, you will find the apartments in the corner in front of you.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
