The hotel stands out for its friendly personal service, its exquisite local cuisine, its conference halls (also available for banquets). Subsequent failure to embrace the mercantile and industrial revolutions caused the country to fall behind Britain, France, and Germany in economic and political power. As well as offering a heated swimming pool, sauna, and fitness available at no extra cost for guests. Spain remained neutral in World Wars I and II, but suffered through a devastating Civil War (1936-39).

Area information

The hotel is situated just in the front beach with the new waterfront promenade just 20 metres away. Close by you will find sailing club and the fishing port. Adra is a nice town characterized by its good seafood and many bars. In fact there is a 'tapas' route that should not be missed during your stay. Also recommendable is a visit the Alpujarra villages and Granada (just an hour's drive away). Almería also boasts a number of small towns and villages known by their traditional art and crafts.
