Spain remained neutral in World Wars I and II, but suffered through a devastating Civil War (1936-39). Convenient Metro lines link the hotel with the city centre. Situated in Mariano Cubí Street, the Mariano Cubí Aparthotel is near the Diagonal Av. and between two of the city's important streets, Aribau and Balmes. It is situated in the heart of Barcelona's financial, business and commercial area and has easy access to all main roads (12 km from the airport).

Travel information

By Train: From BCN airport: Travel to Sants Station and swap to bus number 27 or 32. Exit at Aribau Str/Travessera Gràcia and the hotel is within a 5 minute walk. From the airport: Travel to Passeig de Gràcia and swap to the underground L3 line. Exit at Fontana station and the hotel is within 8 minutes walking distance. By Bus: Take the Aerobus (the blue one) until Plaça Catalunya. Then swap to FGC (S1, S2, S5, S55) for 2 stops until Gràcia station. The hotel is 2 minutes away. By Car: - Take Ronda de Dalt B-20, and exit at 7 Via Augusta-Balmes. - Go down Balmes Street until Marià Cubí Street on your right-hand side. - We are at number 62-64.
