There is also an Exclusive Royal Service Floor. In addition to the listed amenities all rooms have wireless internet access.

Hotel details

Our hotel provides various business and leisure facilities and services. In addition to the listed facilities we provide you with a wide choice of cocktails accompanied by sweet piano music and more than 1500m² of meeting facilities divided into 12 meeting and banqueting rooms with capacities ranging between 10 and 800 guests. Each of our meeting rooms are equipped with lecterns, platforms, flip-charts, stationery, hospitality desk and sweets free of charge. We offer assistance and installation of all audio-visual equipment. Public Relations and Commercial Department for information and organisation assistance are at your disposal. Furthermore we provide you with a business centre and parking space.

Food & Beverages

We prepare the menus offered every day at "Albufera" restaurant. We are committed to a type of cuisine based on fresh products and local expertise, rendering your celebration or business meal an occasion without any unpleasant surprises. The gastronomic offer is completed with a breakfast buffet, snack bar, bar express and a lobby bar.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 19.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
